8 days camel safari Nubian desert Aswan
Special desert trip Egypt for whom likes to come completely apart from everyday life in a short time: away from civilization, only the impressive silence of the desert. Time plays no role, the sun is your guide. Enjoy this unique experience of immense tranquility that you will not soon forget. The desert area that starts from the western bank of the Nile from Aswan is surprisingly "different", due to the very presence of the Nile. Desert and water together make this a unique wilderness journey. Moreover, recently is shown that this is a rich archaeological area that requires further investigation. Recently, there are rock carvings found from 3200 BC., which shed new light on the early pharaohs time.
From our guesthouse Bet el Kerem, at the edge of the desert, you will explore the vast and fascinating Nubian desert from south to north. The guides know the desert area inside out, are good company and are happy to make that special Nubian relaxed atmosphere with drums and vocals. In total you stay four days in the desert. And on the last day in Aswan we go sailing on the Nile. Overnight in our guesthouse Bet el Kerem. For people who like the desert experience, but also put on comfort, this is a perfect combination. The journey begins in Luxor and first overnight in a hotel there. Before we depart for Aswan the next morning we have an excursion to the world famous temples and tombs in the Valley of the Kings.
