Zakynthos is one of the best nature destinations on Tripadvisor in 2023. That's no small recommendation:
Less than 1% of Tripadvisor's 8 million listings are named "Best of the Best," which represents the highest level of travel excellence.
So I am certainly not the only one who fell in love with this island from my first visit. The unspoilt nature and the peace that you still find there, the fantastic viewpoints, truly breathtaking.
If you come to Zakynthos in the spring, you will certainly be overwhelmed by all the colors of the blooming flora in the fields and mountain areas where you can walk for hours.

Or we get into a boat to admire the caves with spectacular blue water reflecting on the rocks: fairytale scenes that you simply cannot believe. And if you're lucky, the turtles for which the island is famous also swim there.
